Li Peng, male, born in 1981, a Chinese citizen without permanent residency abroad. He graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and automation in July 2004, and from Zhejiang University with a master’s degree in electrical engineering in December 2016. Mr. Li Peng is a professorate senior engineer. He joined the Company in August 2004, and successively served as the chief designer of the converter technology department, head and deputy director of the system department of the Company’s technology centre. From March 2017 to January 2019, he served as the deputy director of the Company’s product management centre. From January 2019 to January 2021, he served as general manager of the Company’s railway division. From January 2021 to February 2022, he served as deputy chief economist and general manager of the railway division of the Company. He has been the deputy general manager of the Company since 23 February 2022.
