Yao Zhonghong, male, born in March 1978, a Chinese citizen without permanent residency abroad. He graduated from the School of Electrical Engineering of Hunan University with a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering in July 1998; and graduated from the College of Electrical and Information Engineering of Hunan University with a master's degree in circuits and systems in July 2001. He is a professorate senior engineer. He served as a designer in the automation development department of the engineering centre of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd. from July 2001 to August 2004, a chief designer, senior chief designer and project manager of the technology centre of the Company from August 2004 to January 2014, the assistant to general manager and deputy general manager of the railway business department of the Company from January 2014 to March 2017, the deputy director of the product management centre and the manager of the EMU electrical system product line of the Company from March 2017 to March 2018, the head of the operation management department of the Company from March 2018 to December 2020, the head of the centralised procurement centre of the Company from December 2020 to April 2023. Mr. Yao has been the deputy general manager of the Company since April 2023.
