Hu Yunqing, male, born in October 1984, a Chinese citizen without permanent residency abroad. He graduated from the College of Physics and Information Science of Hunan Normal University with a bachelor's degree in electronic information science and technology in June 2006; and graduated from the School of Control Science and Engineering of Zhejiang University with a doctorate degree in control science and engineering in March 2013. He is a professorate senior engineer. He worked at CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd. from April 2013 to April 2014, worked at the rail transit technology centre of the Company from April 2014 to May 2017, and served as the head of intelligent control technology department, deputy director and director of the foundation platform research and development centre of the research institute of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd. from June 2017 to February 2021, and the director of the converter and control technology centre of the Company from February 2021 to April 2023. Mr. Hu has been the deputy general manager and chief engineer of the Company since April 2023.
