On 5th January 2012, TEC won the bidding of traction system on line 2 of WuXi urban railway project of 23 sets with 138 cars of B type. Alstom, ABB, Hitachi and other two international companies also participated in a tender.
This order is the first large one we’ve got in 2012; it’s a good beginning for the company. This project is a great breakthrough following the line 1 of Wuxi urban railway project through competitive negotiation. And it will help the company extend the marketing share in urban railway train market of China.
