On September 12, SASAC(State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission) releases that TEC’s management project－Construction of Rail Transit Informatization After-Sales Service Management System wins the first prize of Hunan Province Management Innovation Award.
The project Construction of Rail Transit Informatization sets the goal of meeting rail transit development strategy requirement and establishes product operation standard system and position operation standard system, realizing informatization management of after-sales service which adopts LUREEN Service information platform. The project is a breakthrough in domestic rail transit industry after-sales service and a creative improvement, enhancing the popularity and creditworthiness of LUREEN Service and TEC’s abilities of creating sustained value for clients, which is the milestone of after-sales service changing from extensive management to delicacy management.
