Upon the fifth “China Brand Day”, China Brand Expo was unveiled at Shanghai Exhibition Center. Nineteen central enterprises including CRRC with various characteristics and representing various industries were elected to participate in the Expo.
Among the products displayed at China Brand Expo were CRRC’s products including the high-speed maglev train with a speed of 600 km/h, transnational interconnected high-speed EMUs with a speed of 400 km/h, and smart train windows.
The high-speed maglev train with a speed of 600 km/h has a masculine exterior, which looks dynamic and trendy. The “hanging” operation avoids the traditional wheel-rail friction and reduces the running friction, enabling the train to reach a higher operating speed.
The transnational interconnected high-speed EMUs with a speed of 400 km/h can run on international rails of different track gauges and different power supply modes under different climate conditions, and is particularly suitable for operation among the “Belt and Road” countries with different track gauges.
