In 1990, CRRC Ningbo based on tqg3-1000v voltage sensor and zds-1000a current sensor. Focusing on the strategic goal of building the "invisible champion" of the sensor industry, based on the rail transit sensing industry, we have successively conquered a large number of key core technologies, and successfully developed core sensing chips such as MEMS platinum resistance chip, programmable linear Hall ASIC chip, MEMS fluxgate chip and sensors based on independent chip technology. It has opened up the whole industry technology application and development chain from devices to modules and to the market, and has realized batch application in new energy vehicles, photovoltaic, wind power and other fields. The technology level has reached the domestic leading level, some of which are internationally advanced, the types of sensors have been continuously expanded, the production technology level has been continuously improved, and the industry position has been constantly stabilized.
In the past 30 years, CRRC Ningbo has changed from three small products to seven series with more than 700 specifications and models. From small workshop to annual production capacity of 6.5 million, from on track to off track, from guerrillas to industry leaders, it has made challenges and breakthroughs again and again.
