Shen Zhulin, male, born in 1973, a Chinese citizen without permanent residency abroad, graduatedfrom Xi’ an University of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in automatic control in July 1995 andgraduated from Hunan Normal University with a master’s degree in business administration in June2014. He is a senior engineer. Mr. Shen joined CRRC ZELRI in August 1995 and successively servedas assistant engineer, engineer and project manager. From September 2005 to January 2011, hesuccessively served as the project manager, deputy director and director of the technology developmentdivision of the safety equipment business division of the Company. From January 2011 to May 2013, heserved as the technical director of the safety equipment business division of the Company. From May2013 to July 2016, he served as the deputy general manager of the communication and signal divisionof the Company. From July 2016 to November 2019, he served as the secretary of the general partybranch and deputy general manager of Hunan CRRC Times Signal & Communication Co., Ltd.. FromNovember 2019 to March 2020, he served as the director of the office of the disciplinary committeeof the Company. He has been the deputy secretary of the disciplinary committee and the director ofthe office of the disciplinary committee of the Company since March 2020. He has been an employeerepresentative supervisor of the Company since June 2023.
