To further strengthen the leading role of party building and promote the deep integration of party building and regular operations, the CPC Branch of China Railway SIYUAN Survey and Design Group Co., Ltd. Communication Signal Design and Research Institute Rail Transit Division and the CPC General Branch of Hunan CRRC TEC Communication Signal Co., Ltd. have held the CPC building alliance signing ceremony themed on "Leading by Party Building, and Promoting Win-Win Cooperation by Sharing and Complementing within Alliance".
Xi Bo, Vice President of China Railway SIYUAN Survey and Design Group Co., Ltd. Communication Signal Design and Research Institute, Wang Yu, Director and Secretary of CPC Branch of the Rail Transit Division of the Institute as well as the Party branch secretary, administrative leaders and the members of the leading group who were not out on business of Hunan CRRC TEC Communication Signal Co., Ltd. attended the ceremony.
Mr. Xi Bo said in his speech that the party building alliance was not only a new exploration to promote the deep integration of party building and regular operations, but also a "red flag" to lead and promote the high-quality development of enterprises through party building. He hoped that both sides would take the party building alliance as an important platform for mutual learning and exchanges, and make collective efforts to carry out joint learning and building activities in such areas as organization, operation, culture and sports with innovative ideas, to jointly increase the effectiveness of exchange with complementary advantages, strengthen the vitality of improving quality and efficiency, boost the momentum of high-quality development and demonstrate the new trend of advancing side by side.
The Secretary of the CPC General Branch and Deputy General Manager of Hunan CRRC TEC Communication Signal Co., Ltd. said that both sides were working closely on multiple projects in Changsha, Wuxi, etc. and would have more opportunities for project and academic cooperation in the future. He also put forward three hopes for this "Party Building Alliance": First, strengthen team building and play a leading role in party building front; second, take the initiative and play the leading role of "battle fortress"; third, seek truth and improve effectiveness to lead the joint construction of the alliance.
Subsequently, the CPC General Branch of China Railway SIYUAN Survey and Design Group Co., Ltd. Communication Signal Design and Research Institute Rail Transit Division and the CPC General Branch of Hunan CRRC TEC Communication Signal Co., Ltd. signed the agreement of party building alliance. In the future, both sides will build a new carrier for party building activities based on the projects being promoted, and transform the advantages of the party building alliance into a "new driver" to promote enterprise development and scientific research and innovation.
After the ceremony, both sides held an in-depth exchange and discussion on the direction of the future of urban rail signal products and cooperation areas, and visited the signaling system laboratory of Hunan CRRC Times Signal & Communication Co., Ltd.
Both sides said that they would take the signing of the alliance as an opportunity to gather wisdom and strength, and seize opportunities to promote the current projects under construction and boost the development of industry technology together, setting the stage for the CPC's 20th National Congress with concrete action.
