Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd. signed a Comprehensive Cooperation Framework Agreement with China General Certification Center on "Wind Photovoltaic Hydrogen Storage" on November 28, in which the two sides will carry out comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in the fields of new energy equipment research and development, testing and certification, standard setting, major research projects, technical services, carbon emission, etc. The signing ceremony is a combination of online and offline.
At the ceremony, Mr. Mei Wenqing, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of CRRC Times Electric, pointed out that CRRC Times Electric has more than 3,000 highly qualified R&D personnel, of which more than 1,500 are focused on the field of power electronic variable current control. For more than ten years, the Company has been relying on the three root technologies of "devices, algorithms and materials" and adhering to the concept of "concentric and diversified" industrial development, the Company's variable current equipment products have covered 10 industries such as rail transportation, new energy and electric transmission for industry. At present, the new energy industry is a strategic industry identified by CRRC Times Electric after a full strategic assessment. CGC has a deep accumulation and strong industry influence in the new energy industry, we hope that in the future, both sides can give full play to their respective advantages and carry out long-term and close cooperation in product testing and certification, and can further cooperate in all aspects of new energy testing capacity building, technical standards, national major special project planning, green supply chain, etc. to contribute to the technological progress and high-quality development of the industry.

As both sides continue to enrich their business, they can carry out in-depth basic technology research and equipment certification in the future, contributing to the technical development and product quality improvement in the field of scenic storage in China. During the years of cooperation, CGC has witnessed the continuous progress and enrichment of the products and technologies of CRRC Times Electric. We hope that through the full cooperation of both sides, we can continuously improve the safety and power generation performance of the equipment, while focusing on the technological progress and quality leadership of the equipment to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.
Through the signing of the framework agreement, the breadth and depth of cooperation between the two sides will be further strengthened. In addition to the certification of traditional variable current equipment, the two sides will expand their cooperation fields to new technology evaluation and certification in wind power, photovoltaic, energy storage, hydrogen production, engineering and post-service quality evaluation, new technology evaluation, green low-carbon and many other fields, involving R&D, product, quality, standards, test capability recognition and other aspects, to achieve sustainable development of R&D synergy, quality leadership, precision delivery and service-oriented synergy.
